Description: Library 160 is a self-paced, individualized course in which successful students take responsibility for their own learning. There are five required assignments in Library 160, and one Final Exam.
Subjects: academic research libraries, electronic information resources
Objective: To introduce students to the use of academic research libraries, available library services, and electronic information resources, with an emphasis on information literacy and the research process. This course promotes student self-directed learning at ISU, and provides a foundation for life-long learning.
